Aquatic Sports Facility Inaugurated at IIT DHARWAD [Dated : 28 January 2026]

The Aquatic Sports Facility Swimming Pool was inaugurated on 28th January 2026 by the Director, PROF VenkappayyA R. dEsAi, marking a significant addition to the institute’s sports infrastructure. 

The event was graced by Dr. Kalyan Bhattacharjee, Registrar; PRof Rajeswara Rao M, Associate Dean; Dr. Keerthi Kumar M, Sports Officer; Mr. Ramesh G (DSO); Mr. Ravi G (JSO); along with faculty and staff members. 

This facility will support aquatic training, fitness, and overall student well-being at IIT DHARWAD
