MS Students Mr. Souvik Das and Mr. Jack Benjamin Honored with GIPSA Best Thesis Award Conferred by Grid Controller of India and IIT Kanpurntroller of India

We are delighted to share that our MS students, Mr. Souvik Das, supervised by Prof. Abhijit with co-supervision from Prof. Pratyasa Bhui, and Mr. Jack Benjamin, supervised by Prof. Pratyasa Bhui with co-supervision from Prof. Animesh Kumar Sahoo, have been honored with the prestigious Grid India Power Systems Award (GIPSA) for Best Thesis, jointly conferred by the Grid Controller of India (formerly POSOCO) and IIT Kanpur at the award ceremony held on 7 December 2025 at IIT Hyderabad.
